496. Schools boards thus continued shall be governed by the provisions of Chapters I to VIII which are in force, as if they were French-language or English-language school boards or regional school boards.
These conditions also apply to school boards, whether for Catholics or for Protestants, resulting from any modifications ordered by the Government under sections 114, 116, 117 and 117.1 and regional school boards, whether for Catholics or for Protestants, constituted by the Government under section 356 or created by the modifications ordered by the Government under sections 359, 368 and 369.
